Indirect Or Quasi-contract Deemed To Be Made
(1)
Notwithstanding anything contained in Chapter-2 of this Part, if any
person does any certain, lawful, voluntary or unilateral act that may
give rise to a juridical relationship, an indirect or quasi-contract
shall be deemed to be made.
(2) If an indirect or quasi-contract is made pursuant to subsection
(1), an obligation under this Chapter shall be created from
the same fact.
